For 11 years, I worked alongside elite soldiers and athletes, delivering evidence-based tools to help them stay focused, adaptable, and emotionally regulated in some of the most intense situations imaginable.
But I’ve also seen how these same pressures play out in everyday life. I’ve witnessed students struggling with emotional overwhelm, teachers burning out, and corporate teams operating in constant survival mode.
