A 90-minute Transformational Breathwork session is a powerful, science-backed practice that helps you release emotional tension, reset your nervous system and find clarity.
Curious, but also a little unsure? You’re not alone. Most people feel a little nervous before their first session, but breathwork is a gentle, yet powerful practice—completely guided and supported to meet you exactly where you are.
Some people feel energised and inspired. Others experience deep emotional release. Some people simply walk away feeling more clear and calm, like they can finally breathe again!

Your nervous system holds the key to how you experience and process stress. Over time, unresolved emotions and life’s pressures build up in your body, like an iceberg, hidden below the surface but still affecting your life.
This 3-hour experiential workshop combines ancient healing wisdom with modern science, where you’ll learn the “how” of breathwork, but also the “why”. So, you’ll not only have the experience, but also the scientific knowledge to use different breathing techniques to reach your desired state.
By working with your breath, instead of against it, you’ll learn how to bypass mental barriers and create profound shifts in your mind and your body.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the incredible experience at the Ice Bath and Breathwork workshop on the weekend. It was something truly special, and I’m so grateful to have shared that space with you and the group. Over and over. More tears came, but this time they weren’t just sadness. They became something lighter, something filled with gratitude and joy. It’s wild how much we carry in our bodies without even realising it, and how something as simple as breath can unlock it.
The course was undertaken at a beautiful venue, thoroughly organised, great communication and professionally run. The information given was very informative and useful not only for the course, but also going forward. When I became emotional, Lou was intuitively supportive but not too much in my space. Lou is incredible. I have had the opportunity to do two breathwork sessions now with Lou and each time they have been amazing. As a neurologist myself, her explanation of the neurology of breathing and what it does is so precise and so simple. I love her work and will be back for more.
Each session includes a mix of slower-than-normal breathing to calm down the nervous system and faster-than-normal breathing to activate and release emotions. You’ll be guided every step of the way, ensuring a safe and intentional experience.
For most people—absolutely! However, there are certain medical conditions where caution is advised. Please read our Waiver Form before booking to ensure breathwork is suitable for you.
Each session is designed as a standalone experience, meaning you don’t need to have attended before. But like most new practices and habits, regular breathwork can lead to deeper, more lasting transformation. Many people find that coming regularly helps them to integrate the benefits into their daily life and keep their stress levels in check.
That’s completely normal! Breathwork is designed to bring up unprocessed emotions in a safe way. We encourage you to allow whatever comes up without trying to understand it or judge it. Everything is welcome in these sessions, because we’re all human and we all have a lot going on! That’s why we prioritise integration time at the end of each session to help you process and ground yourself before you leave.
You don’t need any previous experience—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your body’s full potential. The ice bath is typically between 2-10*C, which may sound extreme, but with the right preparation, breathwork and guidance, you’ll be amazed at what your body can adapt to. You’ll be coached every step of the way to ensure you have a safe, supported and empowering experience.
This will vary based on your own individual tolerance and experience, but most people stay in for 1-2 minutes. The focus is on learning how to regulate your nervous system, not just putting up with any discomfort.
