I chose to attend the workshop because I needed to add to me repertoire of self-help skills. The workshop has helped me by allowing me to see myself more clearly, the obstacles I place in my own way, a sure way to deal with such obstacles. The best thing about the workshop was the practical help with and practice of exercises to improve my own mental health. The encouragement to give it a try and realise the benefits was a great plus. I am so grateful to Kath and Lou for the safe space they gave me, and the loving care and concern shown.
