We brought a team of police officers to Lou for a breath workshop and ice bath experience. The feedback from the team was that the breath workshop was an eye opener and they learned techniques that they could all take back and utilise in their day-to-day. The ice bath gave us an opportunity for personal growth, team cohesion and created a shared experience we could look back on. Lou was easy, approachable and great to deal with. Many thanks!
