The course was undertaken at a beautiful venue, thoroughly organised, great communication and professionally run. The information given was very informative and useful not only for the course, but also going forward. When I became emotional, Lou was intuitively supportive but not too much in my space. The ice bath was challenging, but I felt very well supported and guided through the process. Thanks for a great experience. I’d attend another!
