I chose to attend the workshop because I needed to add to me repertoire of self-help skills. The workshop has helped me by allowing me to see myself more clearly, the obstacles I place in my own way, a sure way to deal with such obstacles. The best thing about the workshop was the practical help with and practice of exercises to improve my own mental health. The encouragement to give it a try and realise the benefits was a great plus. I am so grateful to Kath and Lou for the safe space they gave me, and the loving care and concern shown.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Larissa’s Breath by Choice workshops as incursions for our Vacation Care program, tailored specifically for Everton Park OSHC (EPOSHC). Initially, we connected with Larissa through a family at our service who praised her programs, and from our very first interaction, Larissa’s enthusiasm and support were clear. Her communication was excellent, making it a seamless process to bring her workshops into our Vacation Care setting. The feedback from our families was overwhelmingly positive, and our children loved every moment. All of the girls who participated left feeling refreshed, empowered, and visibly uplifted by the session. Larissa’s attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine passion shone through in every aspect of the workshop. She provided our children with valuable, practical life skills that align beautifully with our service’s goals. We’re thrilled with the experience Larissa created for our service, and we look forward to collaborating with her again soon!
